Ryan is the owner and founder of Paradise Pools & Plaster. With more than 14 years in the pool industry and 16 years serving as a local firefighter, he brings discipline and attention to detail to every project. He oversees repairs, consultations, and custom pool design, working alongside his wife Jennifer to run the family business.

She joined Ryan in the pool business several years ago and helped grow the company from a handful of pools to serving homeowners throughout Tyler and East Texas. Jennifer manages office operations and bookkeeping while ensuring every customer gets attentive service.
