The Bimini
A rectangular plunge pool, scaled for the backyards that were "too small for a real pool" — until now.
Compact doesn't mean compromised. The Bimini is a full-spec gunite pool that fits neatly into yards under a third of an acre. A built-in bench runs the length of the far wall, a swim jet can be added for resistance exercise, and the deck-level coping lets the pool sit flush with your patio — so the whole space feels bigger than the footprint suggests.

The Aruba
Narrow cocktail pool — perfect for side yards, tight urban lots, and anyone who wants presence over square footage.
Some yards weren't built for sprawl. The Aruba is the pool you tuck into a side yard or along a property line — narrow, understated, and unexpectedly dramatic at dusk. Minimal equipment, strong clean lines, and a clever lighting plan make it the most-photographed pool of any we build per square foot.

The Tobago
The classic family pool. Wide shallow end, tanning ledge, integrated spa — and a budget that leaves room for the patio too.
If you're building a pool for the kids, the grandkids, and eventually the grandkids' kids, this is the plate to open. The Tobago has the three things every family asks about on the first visit — a shallow end wide enough for safe splashing, a tanning ledge with umbrella sleeves, and a built-in spa that keeps running year-round.

The Capri is for homeowners who appreciate restraint. No curves, no rockwork, no theatrics — just precise 90-degree lines, glass tile coping, and an infinity-edge spa that slips seamlessly into the main pool. A single sheer descent waterfall provides the soundtrack. Every detail earns its place on the spec sheet.

The Santorini
Mediterranean aesthetic — travertine coping, deep blue pebble finish, and symmetric scupper water features.
Named for a reason. The Santorini borrows from Mediterranean resort design without tipping into kitsch. Creamy travertine coping sets off a deep, saturated blue pebble finish; four symmetric scuppers create a soft wall of sound; and a raised spa at one end becomes the natural gathering point for evening guests. A Paradise client favorite for outdoor-kitchen backyards.

The Mykonos
L-shape with a deep end for diving, shallow lounge area, and a pool that grows with the kids.
The Mykonos is engineered for longevity. An 8-foot deep end supports diving now and serious swim training later. A shallow lounge with a tanning ledge covers toddler years. A slide tie-in is roughed-in at build time — ready to activate whenever the kids are old enough. One build, twenty years of backyard.

The Bora Bora
Freeform resort pool with rock grotto waterfall, beach entry, and integrated swim-up spa. Paradise's flagship design.
The Bora Bora is what you get when budget stops being the constraint. A sculpted freeform shape anchored by a hand-built rock grotto. A beach entry that walks in like a lake. A swim-up spa hidden behind the waterfall. Layered landscape lighting that turns the whole backyard into a destination after sunset. Ryan will only build two of these per year — they require the full crew and full attention.

The Maldives
Natural stone surround, raised spa with fire features, and dusk-ready LED lighting. Built for evenings outside.
The Maldives is the Platinum-tier build for clients whose favorite time of day is 7 p.m. A native Texas limestone surround wraps a dark quartz pool; a raised spa anchors one corner with integrated fire bowls; layered LED lighting cycles through programmed scenes. The whole scene shifts when the sun goes down — which is exactly what Ryan designed it to do.
