With more than 14 years in the pool industry and 16 years serving as a local firefighter, he brings experience, discipline, and attention to detail to every project. Ryan oversees repairs, consultations, and custom pool design while working alongside his wife, Jennifer, to run their family business serving East Texas.
Jennifer Hay
Owner
Jennifer Hay is co-owner of Paradise Pools & Plaster and helps oversee daily operations of the company. She joined her husband, Ryan, in the pool business several years ago and helped grow the company from a small group of pools to serving homeowners throughout Tyler and the surrounding East Texas area. Jennifer now manages office operations and bookkeeping while helping ensure every customer receives attentive service.
